Team Building
When I first studied trapeze it was a very risky discipline that required great athleticism and took years to learn.
But I saw a more meaningful role for trapeze and other aerial arts than simply providing an adrenalin rush. By teaching people to fly instead of fall, to dance instead of jump, to laugh instead of scream.
I realized the values one learns in aerial are the same values that are important in business management:
- teamwork
- motivation
- communication
- flexibility
- balance
- trust
So I created a one-day program for managers and other employees.

Team Building in the Air
Is a fun and challenging one-day workshop that will bring people in your organization closer together by compelling them to communicate effectively and instantly with each another, by encouraging them to express their creativity and emotions, and by showing through immediate feedback the consequences of their actions and decisions.

Initiation in the Air
Is an exciting one-day workshop for new hires that will create immediate bonds and teach them how to handle both opportunity and adversity in a new and challenging environment.
Aerial Motivation
Although the other workshops obviously include motivational tools, AERIAL MOTIVATION concentrates solely on getting people to reach for the limit. Is there a better laboratory for motivation than backstage at a circus? You have performers from all over the world, speaking different languages, trained in different disciplines. Some are solo artists, some perform in groups. And yet they all have to warm up and concentrate without any privacy backstage for a performance that involves great risk. And they do this night after night. I realized I was learning motivational habits and techniques without knowing it. Now I can show others how to reach for the sky in their own fields of endeavor.
PRICE
Workshops are from 10am-3pm and include lunch.
$300 per person with a $2,000 minimum.
